We seek to recruit qualified, and energetic and hardworking candidates for our vacant position as follows:-

Position: Country sales representative

The applicant is required to meet the below requirements,
-        Minimum of diploma in sales, and marketing or related fields.
-        Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales.
-        Excellent communication, follow up and reporting skills in both English and Swahili language.
-        Professional presentation as per the company dress code.
-        Able to travel throughout the country as needed.
-        Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to new products and technology.
-        Action and result oriented with proven success in archiving targets.
-        Confident negotiator who have the ability to access and convince decision makers.
-        Demonstrate positive attitude in dealing with stressful and challenging situations and customers.
-        Independent personality with the ability to work under minimal supervision.




Job description
_ Gather relevant contact information from published sources and market field visits.
_ Generate sales leads by making phone calls and booking appointment with business managers and decision maker.

_ Approach prospective customers and make presentation of our products, offers and the company at large.
_ Gather inputs from presentation collect market data and make and follow up on opportunities.
_ Recommend adjustments (modifications) of offer and adaptation of products as per market demand, competitive forces and local requirements.
_ Follow up on offer, keep in touch with prospective buyers and establish relationship.
_ Assist customers in placing order, making payment arrangements, transportation and documentation.
